Legal advice and organisational support in Serbia: a full package of services from RICS Consulting

Updated 17.09.2026 · 2 min read

A contract in Serbian, a letter from an authority, an electronic signature or several disconnected visits: with questions like these, it helps to seek a clear result rather than general advice — what to do, in what order and who is responsible for the next step.

What you can contact us about

  • Reviewing a contract or transaction terms before signing.
  • Understanding a notice, a document request or an administrative situation.
  • Preparing an application and supporting attachments.
  • Organising translation, certification, appointments and accompaniment.
  • Setting up electronic tools for the government service you need.

If a matter requires a local lawyer or another specialist, their role and price are agreed separately. This keeps organisational assistance distinct from representation in court.

Electronic signatures: choose the task first, then the tool

An eID account, the ConsentID application and a qualified certificate are different components. A foreign national can register an eID using a passport or foreigner’s card; after email confirmation, the portal indicates up to 48 hours for activation.

An ITE CA qualified cloud certificate is issued free of charge and is valid for five years. Paid RICS support is not a government charge for that certificate. The choice of tool depends on the service and the required level of identification.

What to prepare for a consultation

  1. Briefly describe the desired outcome and the deadline.
  2. Attach the complete original document, including appendices and notices.
  3. State what has already been done, whom you contacted and what response you received.
  4. Explain related circumstances: residence status, a company, a contract or a family matter.

If the question concerns electronic access, do not send passwords or verification codes. We will organise the setup so that access and control remain with the owner.

What the result will look like

After the review, you will receive a sequence of actions, a list of missing documents, allocated tasks and a preliminary estimate. We will show RICS work, translations, authority payments and partner services separately.

We will first check the suitability of documents you already have. We do not add an unnecessary stamp, repeat translation or new signature to the estimate merely because they appear in a standard package.

Comment from RICS Consulting

A good consultation ends with an actionable plan. We turn a complex administrative question into specific steps and take on the agreed part of the work.
