We communicate in Russian and provide support in Serbian.
The scope and price of our services are fixed in the contract
Where we begin
Flat-rate taxation, VAT, a director’s salary and paying a foreign contractor are different tasks, not one tax rate for everything. We will organise work with a local accountant and explain it clearly: which documents are needed, how much to pay, when to file a report and what changes as the business grows.
We will set up source documents, authorised access and initial payments. We will explain which obligations arise even before your first revenue.
We will check tax thresholds, payment components and new reports. We will calculate the cost before a major contract or hire, not after a missed deadline.
We will take over documents and balances and check upcoming returns and payments. Current work and reconstruction of previous periods will be separated so each task has a responsible person.
Documents, timeframes and costs
For an entrepreneur approved for flat-rate taxation. Tax is not calculated as a percentage of each receipt: the amount is set by a tax authority decision, but documentation and monitoring of eligibility remain necessary.
A monthly cycle with document and payment dates. A change of regime should be assessed before exceeding limits, not at year-end.
RICS servicesFrom €50 per month for basic support of a simple sole trader business. The package will specify transaction volumes, employees and additional tasks.
Government feesTax and contributions under the tax authority’s assessment are additional to the support fee. The amount depends on factors including activity code, registered location and entrepreneur details.
Other costsPayroll, complex opinions and corrections to previous periods are provided within an agreed scope.
When full bookkeeping is required, with expenses, employees, several activities or a corporate structure. For a sole trader, we will examine the personal salary option; for a DOO, payments to the director and owner.
Ongoing bookkeeping follows the agreed monthly cycle. The PPP-PD payroll return is filed before the corresponding payment; annual tasks have a separate calendar.
RICS servicesWe will select separate packages for sole traders and DOO companies based on document volume, employees and transaction complexity. The quote will state which reports and recurring tasks are included.
Government feesTaxes, contributions and applicable registration fees are paid separately. We first calculate the basis and amount, then prepare payment instructions.
Other costsWe will state separately whether year-end closing, bookkeeping reconstruction and special projects are included or additional.
If you are approaching the VAT threshold, are already registered or work with foreign clients and suppliers. A payment from abroad alone does not determine a transaction’s tax treatment.
For a VAT payer, the general filing and payment deadline is 15 days after the tax period. The period may be monthly or quarterly; SEF deadlines are checked separately.
RICS servicesPriced by transaction volume and package. VAT calculations, international transactions and one-off tax opinions will be identified in the proposal.
Government feesVAT and other applicable taxes are business obligations, not the accountant’s fee. The calculation depends on the specific transaction and entitlement to deductions.
Other costsContract translations, tax residence certificates, customs support and specialist opinions where needed.
Practical help
We will organise receipt of invoices, contracts and bank statements. We will check which expenses are supported, which documents are missing and whether your business needs SEF and fiscalisation.
Within the agreed package, we will prepare calculations, returns and annual reports. For payment, we provide the amount, purpose, details and deadline; for monitoring, confirmation of filed reports.
We will calculate an employee’s take-home pay, the total business cost, taxes and contributions. We will separately examine director payments, dividends and expense reimbursements — these are not interchangeable transactions.
Before payment, we will check the foreign supplier, the service and transaction documents. For a sole trader, we will assess risks involving the main client; as turnover grows, the need to change regime or register for VAT.
Prepare the documents
Sequence and timeframes
You will tell us the business structure, regime, transaction volume and employees. We will check upcoming deadlines, missing documents and any need to reconstruct records.
We will list the monthly calculations and reports, who handles payroll and how year-end closing is charged. The price will be linked to a clear scope.
We will agree the handover date and transfer of balances, arrange authorisations and establish how statements and source documents are sent.
You will receive calculations, payment instructions and answers in Russian. Before a new contract, hire or turnover change, we will check the consequences for your business.
Calculation and PPP-PD preparation. Salary changes, bonuses and employee information must therefore be provided before payment, not with the bank statement at month-end.
The general VAT return and payment deadline for a registered payer. We will include the specific monthly or quarterly period and other reporting dates in your calendar.
We build the calendar around your structure, regime and transactions. We will agree the start date and handover of earlier periods so current reporting always has someone responsible.
A clear scope of support
per month for basic sole trader support
A starting package for a simple set of transactions. For a DOO, VAT, employees and international transactions, we will quote based on workload and tasks, not merely the company name.
To prepare a proposal, we need the structure, regime and approximate transaction and employee counts. The quote will separate the monthly package, one-off tasks and the grounds for fee changes as workload grows.
Before work begins
No. Flat-rate eligibility uses a threshold of RSD 6 million turnover per calendar year; mandatory VAT registration applies when qualifying turnover exceeds RSD 8 million over the preceding 12 months. These are different periods and rules; leaving flat-rate taxation does not always mean entering VAT at the same time. We will check the turnover composition and when the obligation arises from your documents.
Do not wait until year-end. As a general rule, VAT registration must be filed within 5 days of exceeding the threshold for the preceding 12 months. We will check which transactions count, when the threshold was exceeded and the required actions. If the deadline was missed, we will review corrections to past transactions separately.
No. The calculation depends on the activity code, registered location, entrepreneur’s circumstances and applicable conditions. We will check the estimate using the official calculator and the charges in your tax assessment. The €50 shown on this page is our basic support fee, not the amount of tax.
No sales does not mean no obligations. A sole trader may still have regime-based charges; a DOO may still have accounting, reporting and director-related obligations. We will review actual activity, payments and status, then propose an appropriate scope of support.
We will take the desired take-home amount, contract type, employee status and applicable concessions. We will show gross salary, deductions, contributions and the employer’s total cost. One “neto” amount does not represent the full hiring budget.
Yes. We will agree a date, request balances and documents from the previous accountant and assign responsibility for open periods. If reconstruction is needed, we will specify its scope and cost before starting.
