The scope and price of our services are fixed in the contract
Where we begin
We help you navigate the public system or choose voluntary health insurance for private clinics. If you need a document for residence, we separately check your procedure's requirements.
We check your basis for coverage, prepare documents and support registration and obtaining a health card (zdravstvena kartica). RICS services from €120.
We compare insurers' offers and explain coverage, limits and exclusions. We help choose a package for you and your family. RICS services from €150.
We check which document suits your application: existing insurance and a new policy address this in different ways. The scope of support is included in your personal quote.
Documents, timeframes and costs
Choose your task to see the stages, documents and separate costs. Public and voluntary insurance can serve different needs; we determine the suitable option for your situation.
You are employed, run a business or want public insurance on another eligible basis. We help with the necessary stages, from checking registration to obtaining the card.
The timeline depends on document readiness, registration of insurance status and card production. We agree the stages and estimate before starting; an insured person receives a temporary PZK certificate until the card is issued.
RICS servicesFrom €120 for registration and health card support. The final fee depends on the number of family members, document readiness and required actions; we agree it before starting work.
Government feesCard production costs 400 RSD without delivery or 600 RSD with delivery under RFZO's published tariff. This is a separate card fee.
Other costsMandatory contributions, translations and additional documents are paid separately. Each family member's eligibility for inclusion is checked individually.
You want to understand which consultations, tests and treatment the policy covers. We analyse insurers' offers, compare suitable packages and explain complex terms in English.
Selection time depends on your needs and receipt of insurers' offers. Coverage start dates and waiting periods are stated in the contract; we check them before payment.
RICS servicesFrom €150 for analysing offers, selecting a package and supporting the policy arrangement. The fee depends on family composition and the extent of comparison; we agree it in advance.
Policy costThe insurance premium is paid separately to the chosen insurer. It depends on the package, age, family composition and the insurer's other conditions.
Coverage termsSurgery, medication, dentistry, pregnancy and chronic conditions are checked against the specific contract. We show what is covered and which costs remain yours.
We check your residence basis and any existing insurance to prepare suitable proof for the required period. Existing insurance or a suitable new policy may meet this need.
The document's issue date and the start of coverage may differ. We align them with the residence application date.
Scope of supportIf RFZO is required, support starts from €120; selecting a voluntary private policy starts from €150. If you only need a document for a residence application, we separately agree the necessary work and fee.
Insurance expensesThe policy premium or mandatory contributions are not included in RICS services. An emergency policy does not automatically cover planned treatment.
Practical help
We consider residence status, employment or business, family composition and the purpose of the enquiry. We determine whether you need a private policy, RFZO registration or a combination.
We help obtain the insurer's explanations of coverage, restrictions and the claims procedure. You will understand what the contract pays for and which expenses remain yours.
We prepare a data checklist and coordinate with the insurer or support RFZO registration. We check names, dates and other details in the completed documents.
We explain where to find the insurer's contacts, how to arrange appointments and which documents to keep. For RFZO, we review insurance status and the next steps for obtaining the card.
Prepare the documents
Sequence and timeframes
You explain why you need insurance, who will be insured and for how long. We select an appropriate procedure.
For a private policy, we clarify the insurer's offer; for RFZO, the basis and missing steps. We explain separate payments and our support fee.
We help provide the necessary information, prepare the documents and check the outcome. You receive instructions for using the insurance.
The coverage start date and period are set out in the contract. They must be agreed before payment; some types of coverage may have waiting periods.
We check whether the selected option can be ready by the application date and which document to attach. Policy arrangement and residence application assessment remain separate processes.
Insurance status is registered first, then the card is issued. An insured person is entitled to a PZK certificate until the card is produced. We help obtain the necessary documents and check their validity.
Before starting, we agree the date by which proof is needed. Arranging a private policy, RFZO registration and card production follow different procedures.
A clear scope of support
Two separate support options. You pay for the agreed work of our team; insurance payments and third-party expenses are calculated separately.
for registration and health card support
Eligibility review, help with documents and the application, support for the necessary appointments and arranging card collection.
for analysing offers and assistance with voluntary health insurance
Comparison of insurers and packages, explanation of coverage and exclusions in English, selection to suit your needs and support with arranging the policy.
Before work begins, you receive the scope of services, indicative timeline and final support fee. We show the policy cost and mandatory payments separately, so you understand the full budget.
Before work begins
Fees from €120 cover our support with RFZO registration and obtaining a health card. Fees from €150 cover analysis of offers, selection of a voluntary private policy and support with arranging it. These are RICS service fees. Insurance premiums, mandatory contributions, card production and additional documents are paid separately. We agree the final fee based on your situation and family composition.
No. The scope of care depends on the product's terms. For example, emergency coverage does not mean planned examinations are paid for. We help you understand the services, limits and exclusions before choosing a policy.
A residence permit does not replace registration of insurance status. The basis, registration and related obligations need checking. We help determine the steps you need.
Yes, we select options for families. For private insurance, we check each insured person's terms; for RFZO, family members' eligibility for inclusion and the required documents.
Having a private policy does not itself remove public insurance obligations arising from employment or self-employment. We check these matters separately.
Your policy is with an insurance company, which defines coverage and is responsible for claims payments. We compare offers, explain the terms in English and support the arrangements. For RFZO, we help with registration and the health card.
