Terms of Use
Version dated 18 September 2026
These terms describe the rules for using rics.rs and contacting RICS Consulting through the forms and contact details provided on it. The website is administered by DOO ‘RICS Consalting’, operating under the RICS Consulting brand.
1. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about RICS Consulting’s services in Serbia: immigration support, business, property, documents and settling in. You can read materials, view examples of our work, ask a question and request an individual plan and cost estimate.
You may browse the website and use its information for personal, non-commercial purposes. The website does not provide a public service for users to publish their own content.
2. Enquiries and service terms
Submitting a form or completing the questionnaire sends a request to the team. Submission alone does not create a contract for paid services or an obligation to pay for them.
Before paid work starts, the task, scope of services, price, timescales and working arrangements are agreed. The parties’ obligations are determined by the contract entered into and its agreed terms.
A price marked ‘from’ applies to the basic scope of service specified on the page. The final estimate depends on the task, the basis of the application, the number of applicants and the readiness of the documents. Government payments and third-party costs are accounted for as stated on the service page and in the individual estimate.
Indicative timescales in articles and service descriptions help with planning. RICS Consulting’s working timescales differ from the time taken by government authorities, banks and other organisations to consider applications.
3. Use of information and materials
Articles and answers to frequently asked questions describe general situations. Whether a particular procedure applies to your case depends on your documents and circumstances. When preparing an individual plan, a specialist clarifies those circumstances and the current requirements.
A published case study illustrates experience with a specific task. The timescales and outcome of one case do not establish the terms of service for another.
Website text, photographs, design and other materials are protected under applicable law. Commercial use or republication requires permission from the rights holder unless the law or the terms of use of the particular material provide otherwise.
4. Proper use of the website
Please provide current contact details and the information needed to respond to your request. Only provide another person’s data if you have the appropriate authority or another lawful basis.
Actions that disrupt the website, attempts at unauthorised access, mass spam submissions and malicious files are prohibited. Automated interactions must not impose excessive load or bypass established access restrictions.
RICS Consulting maintains the website and may update materials, correct errors and perform maintenance. If a form is temporarily unavailable, contact us using the details below.
5. Responsibility and external resources
RICS Consulting is responsible for fulfilling the obligations it has undertaken in accordance with the contract and applicable law. These terms do not remove the company’s liability or limit the client’s statutory rights.
Links to government portals, maps, messengers and other external websites are provided for convenience. Their content and technical operation are controlled by the respective organisations. If a third-party specialist or organisation is involved in your task, the allocation of work and responsibility is determined by the agreed support terms.
6. Personal data
The processing of visitors’ and applicants’ data is described in the Privacy Policy. Using the website does not replace separate consent where it is required for specific data processing.
7. Changes and enquiries
The current version of these terms is published on this page with its update date. A change to the website rules does not, by itself, change an existing service contract.
If you notice an error, experience a technical problem or want to clarify our working terms, please write to us. Identify the website page and briefly describe the issue so that we can address it more quickly.
