Visa support in Russian
Schengen, UK, US and China. We will check submission conditions, prepare the form and documents, and help with an appointment.
We communicate in Russian and provide support in Serbian.
The scope and price of our services are fixed in the contract
Where we begin
A visa is for your particular trip, with a specific passport, Serbian status, itinerary and source of income. We first check the available application procedure and timeframes, then prepare the visa case: consistent dates, clear funding, correct forms and required evidence.
We will check the consulate’s requirements for residents, your card’s validity and passport. We will determine the submission route before you pay non-refundable fees.
We will coordinate forms, dates, accommodation and funding. We will separately prepare evidence of family relationships and the child’s documents.
We will review the earlier decision and form and identify inconsistencies. The new case will be built on actual circumstances and documents, rather than resubmitting the same package.
Documents, timeframes and costs
Each country has its own documents, fees and sequence. The main guidance is below; before payment, we will check current rules for your passport and status in Serbia.
For a short trip to the Schengen area. The consulate is selected by the main country of stay, or, for equal stays, the country of first entry; applications are usually made where you legally reside.
You may apply no earlier than 6 months before travel. Normal processing takes 15 calendar days, or up to 45 if additional checks are needed; appointment waiting time is separate.
RICS servicesFrom €100 for support for one applicant; we will agree the scope according to the country of application.
Government feesThe basic consular fee is €90 for an adult and €45 for a child aged 6 to 12. Concessions and special rates depend on nationality and category.
Other costsVisa centre service fee, insurance, photograph and translations where applicable. These are not included in the basic consular fee.
For tourism, visits and other permitted short trips. We prepare a separate application for each family member, including children.
You may apply 3 months before travel. The usual decision guideline is 3 weeks after application, identity verification and provision of documents; the appointment is separate.
RICS servicesFrom €100 for support for one applicant; form complexity and translations are quoted separately.
Government feesStandard Visitor for up to 6 months — £135. Multi-year visas have different fees; the fee is not refunded if refused.
Other costsTranslations and selected additional visa centre services. Faster processing is available only if an official option is offered for your application.
For a temporary visit, not employment or relocation. Before payment, we check current rules on where you may apply based on nationality and residence.
Waiting for an interview and processing are different timeframes. Before payment, we will check the current queue and whether you may apply in Belgrade with your nationality and status. Additional administrative processing may extend the wait after the interview; this is separate from appointment waiting time.
RICS servicesFrom €100 for an agreed scope of visa support; preparation following a refusal is assessed from the case materials.
Government feesThe basic non-refundable B1/B2 application fee is $185. We will check any additional payments applicable to nationality and category separately.
Other costsPhotographs, necessary translations, passport delivery and travel to the interview location depend on the chosen application procedure.
The visa category depends on nationality, purpose, duration and itinerary. If your trip meets current visa-free conditions, a tourist visa may not be needed.
The embassy normally indicates 1–2 working days for online review and 4 working days for ordinary consular processing. Additional documents, further checks and time between stages are not included in these guidelines.
RICS servicesFrom €100 for visa support if a visa is actually required for the trip.
Government feesThe visa fee depends on nationality and number of entries. We will calculate it from the embassy’s current table before submission; reduced rates are extended until 31 December 2026.
Other costsPhotographs, necessary translations and official expedited processing where available. The embassy has waived fingerprints for short-term visas with stays of up to 180 days until 31 December 2026.
Practical help
We will compare your passport, status in Serbia, purpose and travel dates. Before non-refundable payments, we will identify a permitted application location and suitable category.
We will check that employment, income, bank transactions, travel dates and accommodation present a clear, consistent account. We will help prepare explanations based on actual circumstances.
We will help with available appointment dates, document uploads, translations and official fee payments. You will receive an exact list of what to bring to the appointment.
We will explain the interview or biometrics process, what is checked and where inconsistencies should be avoided. After submission, we will help with additional requests and receiving the outcome.
Prepare the documents
Sequence and timeframes
First, nationality, status in Serbia, destination and dates. We will check whether a visa is needed, where you can apply and whether the trip fits the selected category.
We will agree the support fee, help obtain evidence and prepare the form. We will check financial documents and previous refusals separately.
We will help book available dates, upload documents and make payments. You will receive a list of originals and instructions for personal submission.
We will address additional requests and the passport return procedure. After issuance, we will check the name, dates and conditions for using the visa.
We will first check whether the passport, status, financial evidence and translations are ready. We will agree our work schedule after reviewing the documents.
This depends on the consulate, category and available slots. It is not included in the official 15 days for Schengen or 3 weeks for UK processing.
We will confirm the specific country’s timeframe, additional checks and receipt of the passport or electronic result. These stages should be considered before planning non-refundable spending.
We will plan preparation, appointment and processing around your travel dates. Country-specific time guidelines are in the expandable sections above; we will check the next available appointment for your application.
A clear scope of support
for visa support for one applicant
Review of the application procedure, the form and agreed document work. The price depends on the country, document readiness, family applications and visa history.
Fees were checked on 17 September 2026. RICS’s price and external costs are calculated separately; age concessions, nationality and submission method may change the amount. We will agree the exact scope and price of our work before preparation begins.
Before work begins
Eligibility depends on the destination country and your residence documents in Serbia. We will check current consular and appointment conditions before fee payment. Russian-speaking applicants with other citizenships are assessed using their own passport, not a general checklist for Russian nationals.
The application location follows the actual trip: the main country of stay or, for equal durations, the first country of entry. We will help substantiate your itinerary and apply where the application should be considered.
We will examine your actual source of funds: employment, business, savings or sponsorship. We will compare the evidence with the form and travel budget and explain the documents and clarifications needed by the specific consulate.
We will first check the specific country’s booking requirements. Non-refundable tickets before a decision create unnecessary risk; for the US, the Department of State expressly recommends not buying tickets until the visa is issued.
In many cases, we prepare the form and documents remotely. Personal attendance for an interview, biometrics or passport submission depends on the country and category; we will identify in advance where your participation is mandatory.
Send us the decision and previous form. We will first check the reasons, disputed information and changed circumstances, then prepare a new plan. Resubmitting the same documents without reviewing the issue is not advisable.
