The scope and price of our services are fixed in the contract
Where we begin
Acceptance of a document depends on its issuing country, purpose and the recipient's requirements. We do not automatically prescribe an apostille or a notary: we first determine the required form, then arrange preparation in the right order.
We help prepare certificates and other documents for a specific procedure. We check name spelling and consistency between documents.
We arrange translation of a diploma, supplement or school certificate according to the recipient's requirements. If qualification recognition is needed, we treat it as a separate stage.
We help translate powers of attorney, registry extracts and corporate documents. We establish in advance which originals, copies and certifications are needed.
Documents, timeframes and costs
A birth certificate, diploma and power of attorney serve different purposes. We clarify the recipient, the contents of the file and requirements for originals, then arrange the necessary steps.
You are preparing documents for family reunification, residence or an application to an institution. We check completeness, surnames, dates and the required document format.
We agree the translation timeline after reviewing all pages. If a document must be reissued or legalised in another country, we estimate those stages and delivery separately.
RICS servicesDocument set preparation from €150. The quote lists documents and included work; the fee does not cover an unlimited package.
Government feesFees for obtaining documents and legalisation apply only where necessary. There is no universal government fee for every translation.
Other costsTranslation, additional copies, notarial services and delivery depend on the agreed scope.
You are applying to study, having your qualifications recognised for work or preparing documents for an immigration procedure. We separate translation and diploma recognition so that each stage has a clear result.
Translation is quoted for the full volume, including the supplement. Assessment of a recognition application is a separate procedure and is not part of the translation timeline.
RICS servicesQuoted according to the document set and selected stages. Diploma recognition support is included only as a separate line item.
Government feesRecognition procedure fees and legalisation, if required, are separate from translation charges.
Other costsAdditional certificates from the educational institution, extra copies and sending originals are arranged as needed.
You need to act through a representative, open a company, submit a foreign registry extract or prepare documents for a notary. We agree the format with the specific recipient before signing.
The timeline depends on translation volume, notary appointments and issuing country. Before the visit, we identify which steps require your presence and which can be entrusted to a representative.
RICS servicesQuoted by documents and number of agreed actions. Drafting by a specialist, translation and support are shown separately.
Government feesFor a Serbian public document, the apostille is issued by the competent Basic Court. The fee depends on the required action; an apostille on a foreign original is issued in its country of origin.
Other costsNotary, court-certified translator, additional copies and delivery are quoted separately.
Practical help
We clarify the issuing country, where the document will be submitted and exactly what the file must establish. We check whether legalisation is needed before ordering additional work.
We engage a translator for the required language pair, agree name spelling against the documents and check translation completeness and the required delivery format.
If the procedure requires an apostille, we identify the competent authority in the document's country of origin. For notarial services, we coordinate the notary and translator.
We check that attachments, translations and the necessary certifications are present. We explain which originals to submit, what to keep and the next step.
Prepare the documents
Sequence and timeframes
You show us the documents and explain where you will submit them. We identify the necessary steps and whether preparation can begin from copies.
We itemise translation, apostille, notarial services, delivery and support, removing anything unnecessary for your task.
We send the materials to the relevant specialists, coordinate the stages and tell you when originals or your presence will be needed.
We check the documents before handover and provide submission instructions. If diploma recognition or a separate application is still ahead, we explain that next stage.
The timeline depends on volume, language pair, complexity and translator availability. We confirm it from your documents before the order.
Indicative timeline: about two weeks. Apostilles outside Serbia and delivery require a separate plan; a foreign authority's processing time may be longer.
We check which stages can realistically be accelerated and explain any urgency fee before starting. We do not promise a date that depends on an unconfirmed document issuance timeline.
Translating one document and preparing a set with an apostille in another country take different amounts of time. To quote, we need all pages, the submission purpose and the date by which the documents must be ready.
A clear scope of support
preparation of a document set
We check the requirements for your file and arrange the agreed work. Before starting, we separately list translation, legalisation, certification and necessary external expenses.
The quote specifies the number of documents, translation volume and required certifications. The agreed document set starts from €150; delivery, urgency and other additional expenses are listed separately.
Before work begins
No. This depends on the document, issuing country, international agreements and submission procedure. We first check the applicable requirements, then propose the necessary steps.
No, they are different services. A court-certified translation is performed by an authorised translator; a notary performs the required notarial acts. We determine which are needed for your application to avoid ordering unnecessary services.
An apostille on the original public document is issued by the competent authority in its country of origin. Certifying a translation in Serbia does not constitute an apostille on the foreign original. We help establish the correct sequence.
Yes, for a preliminary review and quote. Send legible copies of all pages and attachments. Before starting the procedure, we tell you where originals will be needed and whether delivery is possible.
No. Translation prepares a document for use, while qualification recognition is a separate procedure. If your goal requires recognition, we include it in the plan and quote it separately.
